Can anyone lodge a complaint in a different area police station?
My father in law, lodge a false complaint in a PS which does not come under my area or his. He used to stay in that locality 2 years back,but not now. He lodge some false complaint against me in that Police Station and the Police is coming to my house and threating me.
Please advice what should i do? i tried contacting the ACB but could not reach them. From whom can i seek help and what can i do now ?
Also , can i have any AP,Hyderbad lawyer who can take my case?
