Can HUF Karta can be impeached ? what is family masjority reqd ?

Can HUF Karta can be Impeached , because he is neither signing documents nor resigning ?

If there are folowing members :

0 Father expired

1. Mother

2. First Married Daughter

3. second eldest son................he is karta

4. Third son

5 fourth son

6. fifth son

Now what is the majority reqd to impeached Karta

There is no impeachment in HUF. Rather one can seek for partition and his separate share and go out of the HUF.
