unless the whole Election procees  is completed, it will be premature to say anything on this score. Some may boycot it but some may filed nomination and be elected un opposed and be declared as elected. In any case, if not a single candidate file nomination the Governor has no option but to imposed Presidential Rule.

Nothing. Even if a single nomination is received the persons is declared elected unopposed.  If there is more than one nomination then poll is there under strict heavy reinforcement. Even if a single vote is caste in the constituency, the election is complete. The party boycotting  election will be losers. in 1991 terrorist outfits in Punjab forced election boycott the result was that they had to face a strong anti-terrorist CM who wiped out terrorism from face of Punjab. History repeats itself.  Historic boycott in Assam in 1982 and in J&K in 1996 proved futile. The boycott outfits could not ensure "no nomination" and could not ensure "no vote".
