* I am a non agriculturist from Maharashtra, thus I cannot buy any agricultural land in this part of the country.
* Could someone please oblige and let me know, if I am eleigible for buying agricultural land in the state of uttar pradesh.
* I have no relatives in uttar pradesh and neither am I am agriculturist, so this is my concern
* What are the rules in this case
1) would I require any special permission from any officer in Uttar Pradesh before buying the land ?
2) Does the law of uttar pradesh require someone to have domicile before agri land can be brought by them ?
3) In case I cannot buy agri land in uttar pradesh, can I atleast lease agri land legally ?
4) If uttar pradesh does not allow non agriculturist, non uttar pradesh people to buy land, is there any state in India that does ?
