Hello All,
i was investing in a land that is funded by LIC, that i can avail loan from LIC to buy this land in bangalore. Is it safe to purchase or I should do a legal verification of documents from my end. What are the possible threats in these cases

Malhotra is right. First check the official revenue record, and then get the legal advice.
