Building regularization act - chennai

Hi ,

Recently Tamil Nadu govt. has passed a GO to regularize unauthorised and deviated buildings built on or before July 2007 only for a fee.

However I own a recently purchased individual villa in Chennai from a builder on Feb 2011 which has deviations to the approved plan and an unauthorised construction (small room) in the terrace.Can I still go ahead and apply to regularize my building which was built on Feb 2011? Are there any procedures to consider my regularization application?

Please advise.

The information like location. i. e. continuous building area, Chennai City Area, other area within Chennai Metropolitan Area, the land extent, abutting road widdth, and FSI utilised (Floor Space index) i.e. total built-up area divided by land aea are required to guide.
