Hi,
I have a 500 square yard plot and I am applying for a building plan for the maximum extent allowed (4 floors).
1. After the Hyderabad muncipality approves the building plan, can I construct 4/5 sheds on the plot which I plan to use as temporary houses for at least 3 years. Each shed will be around 200 sft.
2. Will my building plan approval get cancelled because of these sheds.
3. Do I need to take separate approval for these sheds?
Please let me know.

Ok. Thank you. Approved building plan will be for an area of 400 square yards+ after leaving setbacks of eight to ten feet. I can go upto four floors.
Yes, the square yards for the sheds will be around 120 square yards and the rest will be open area. The sheds will be temporary.
So I hope I will not have a problem and after a couple of years I hope to demolish the sheds and build a structure approved by the sanctioned building plan.
