Builder floor apartment

Sir, We have seen one builder floor apartment to buy. it is in 4th floor. that builder says, he is going to allot 600sw.ft to each owner of the apartment. Ground only parking. Then 4 floors he has constructed. all three floors occupied. only 4th floor is vacant. is it work to buy? please guide us

However, builder floors have drawbacks. They do not have facilities such as gymnasium, swimming pool, security and power back-up that a number of modern society apartments have.
