Bs iii banning impact on exsisting vehicles

Please clarify the impact of banning on sale of BS iii vehicles after 1st April,2017 on the exsisting BS iii vehicles that are running on roads.

Existing vehicles will run. The already produced ones will be scrap. So cleaner air.  Lesser pollution.
