British citizen - making a will

Hi,

I am OCI document holder (British citizen) with no assets in UK - except a bank account. However I own some property in India. Can someone advise if I make a will in India - will it be valid in India? Will it also be valid in UK or would I need to make a separate will in UK? Any solicitors who can help?

Thanks & Regards

For the property situate in India, make a WILL in India or make a settlement/gift deed but since this is as per the Indian laws, see what can be done as follow up for  validating at UK, consult some legal experts at UK.
