Breach of contract

Is breach of contract a criminal offence? should i consult a civil/criminal/company law lawyer?There is a arbitration clause in contract, so whats the best remedy? pls guide.

Contract and breach of Contract comes under Civil Jurisdiction.

Anyways,what kind of breach of contract you are talking about? What is the content of that 'Arbitration Clause'?

Depending upon the facts and circumstances of your case,you should hire the services of CIVIL/COMPANY/CRIMINAL laws Advocate.
