I worked in a pharma company for full financial year from 1 April to 31 March..After that I resigned from the company.However at the time of Settlement they didn't gave me bonus amount but Bonus was part of my CTC. I asked the Compony for bonus and they told that I am not eligible because I was not in the company at the time of bonus payment..I want to ask that am I eligible for bonus since it was part of my CTC and in appointment lettler there nothing mention about bonus no payment if I am not in the Compony..plz reply
