Greetings.
We are a company based in Rajasthan and mainly involved in exports.
We had sent 2 shipments through a forwarder (lets sat shipment1 and shipment2).
For shipment1 we have cleared all the payment/formalities but for shipment 2, the payment is outstanding.
For this reason, the forwarding company has held the BL of shipment 1 also and is not agreeing to give us the BL till all outstanding is cleared. Also, We have requested them many a times to release the documents to us for the shipments for which teh payemnt is clear. But they are not agreeing to do so.
Also they have taken legal action for the outstading payment (for shipment 2).
Is there any legal solution to get the BL for which the payments have already been made in full?
