Bigamay - procedure of complain

- You can start with personal complaint in court.

- no one can answer this , depend on case.

-again depend on case , but be aware if you failed to proof marriage then you are in soup. Simpley standing in temple waering some dress will not proof bigamy.

- Evidence , ok you

1. should know date and time of marriage

2. who all attended such marriage will also be punished , you should know the name of person attended that marriage .

3. Like this friend/realtive arranged pandit . this friend/realtive arranged flowers etc etc

4. best is if you have video recording of marriage.

5. statement of pandit will help.that marriage ceremoney is performed and all formalities are completed.

6 Any document where your wife has written that guy name as husband or that guy has written her name as wife , like voter id card .

Below will not proof bigamy but can act as supporting documents.

7. any LIC or account where he or she declaired him/her as nomminee

8. they hold any joint bank account
