Bare act is the exact text of a particular enactment, as it was passed by the legislature. there will be no case laws, or any other explanations to the sections.

Respected sir it means if anyone infringed the section of any bare act no interpretation of law,

KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1. BARE ACT IS ACTUAL ACT PASSED BY GOVT.

2. THE BARE ACTS ARE AVAILABLE WITH ALL GOVT.PUBLICATIONS OFFICIAL ADDRESSES AND ALSO AVAILABLE WITH PRIVATE BOOK STALLS.

3 IT IS EXACT AND AUTHENTIC LOW PRICED ACT WHICH ARE PRINTED IN GOVT PRINTING PRESS AND ARE PRICED AT MOST REASONABLE AND AFORDABLE PRICES RANGING AROUND RS.15 TO 50 AND EVEN LESS THAN RS.100/- THESE ARE VERY USEFUL TO LAW STUDENTS AND POOR STUDENTS CAN ALSO AFFORD THE SAME.

4. THESE BARE ACTS WILL BE VERY USEFUL FOR LAW STUDENTS AT THE TIME OF LAW EXAMS FOR REVISING THE ENTIRE ACT

5.THE LAW STUDENTS MAY REFER THE SAID ACT COPIES WITH REPUTED LAW LIABRARY.

GOOD LUCK.
