Bakshis patra (gift deed)

Suppose " Hanumant "has Two Daughters as successor.

Before Completion of Partition Suite & without Permission of his Second Daughter Hanumant has Gifted( Gift Deed ) his entire Ancestral Property  to his one Daughter only and Hanumant is not alive right Now. Can Hanumant's Second Daughter( or her Successor ) has a right to claim their Half Part of entire Ancestral property ?  ( second Daughter is expecting Half part Because Hanumant & his wife had only two successors )

Hanumanth cannot gift his entire ancestral property to any one of his daughter, he can only gift his self earned property, his second daughter can raise the objection and can asked her claim in the property.

1.  Ancestral Property cannot be Gifted - Supreme Court.  Gift Deed can be nullified, since the Second Daughter has legitimate rights over the Ancestral Property.
