What was the condition in compromise deed in MCD ? Why was he arrested ? Whethr under 498 A of IPC or for other reason ? Was it a move to give him Divorce ? What r the other conditions ? Did it mention if he doesnot give MCD then then the said deed will come to an end ? Bail not Jail is normal practice depending upon the gravity. Pl give details .
