Bail /Compromise

I am in big trouble..my colleague as charge with ipc sections 294,506,332 and sc/st act 3(1)5 special judge puts my colleague on jail is their possible of bail..and compromise because the victim wants compromise and cancel the case..is theri possible of compromise.??

in this case no murder,no rape and no decoity only the Complainant charge my colleague that he is disturBing him on his duty and doing some jati suchak words but my colleague does not give any a single word to her and the complainint is ladies and her caste is sc/st but now she is ready for compromise...and wants to cancel the case....

Proceed the case.if he is innocent why shud he compromise.do u know that in criminal cases winning chances is 2outof100.let he prove incourt.it is too hard to prove. U r colleague will be acuitted..u educated why u hesitate and compromise.ony traders will compromise.
