Is Son/daughter of Lawyers is excluded from the conditions of Max Annual Family Income of Rs.6 lakhs per annum for Claiming OBC NCL  certificate and eligible to claim OBC benefits in govt education/job opportunities  as per office memorandam No.36012/22/93-Esst (SCT) Dt 08 Sep 1993  Serial No C (i) , Schedule 3 (IV) of  Government of India , Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievences and Pension, Department of Personnel and Trading , New Delhi.

The difference between the Creamy and non creamy layer is based advantages of technology in transportation on Annual income of Family. If the annual income of the family is more than 4.5lakhs per annum, the candidate is considered to be under the Creamy layer and does not get any benefit of reservation.
