Avict a tenent

I gave a part of my land at vanasthalipuram, hyderabad, rangareddy dist, to a person on dec 2012 upon 11 months rental agreement for car repairing shed. But he has not only avicted but also went to court for interim injunction. He states that I have assured him for 7 years on oral agreement on his IA and OS. He constructed only a temporary reusable shed and he says that he spent lot of investment in his petition. Still he uses the said premises for his mechanical work. When we are asking him for aviction, he told no and he is demanding huge amount to avict the premises. Please suggest how to avict him. Thank You

Send him a legal notice first from a local lawyer then file case against him for eviction in court if he fails to evict
