Attachment and sealing of mother in law property.

Dear Concerned

I am running a deep dispute with my Wife and Her Inlaws who have been pressuriding me to sell my mothers Property and take 50 percent share. My inlaws have also threathed my mother that "Nah tumhara Ghar hoga aur Tum Jail mein Hoge.

In the event of any Filing of false cases my by Wife

1. Can the Court or the Police Seal Mother in Laws Property.

2. Also can the wife or the Inlaws Forcefully enter My Mothers house While Driving them away.

first of all they cant force you to sell your mothers property as it is her own property and you dont have any claim over it.record your inlaws threatening and use it appropriately when needed.

make an nc against her in the police station about your apprehension that she might file false cases on you and your parents

1.no

2.again a big no.your mother can evict them if she doesnt want your wife or inlaws from staying in her home as the property is on her name.

Do you have a right in the property owned by your mother??

If yes, reply shall be different otherwise big NO. Consult your lawyer.
