I want to clear myself about the Assistant district attorney in various state government.

1.Whether ADA are eligible to retain the voting rights in the bar council election.

2.whether ADA can retain his seat or chamber already alloted to him before his joing the govt.

3.whether ADA authorised to get seniority .
