Your question is not clear as to what selection letter you are talking about and what is the subject matter in relation to such selection letter.

Still,let me try to add my views based on my interpretation of the query(Might be different what I am thinking as of now)-

Since the communication of the offer is complete before it's revocation, you are in favored position.

Now coming to the jurisdiction point, this will be the same from where the acceptance was made.
