Arbitration clause

In the agreement there is a clause of Arbitration, does this mean that parties cannot approach Courts in case of dispute.

It is true that when there is a clause for arbitration in any agreement, parties are to chose 1st priority for arbitration. Apex court also upheld the same in many cases
