My query is I have applied for a mortgage loan in my Salary account bank, and all the paper work has been completed, even the cibil report is good. but the only problem is that the legal advisor or may be an outsource advocate who does the verification from bank's side is asking for an NOC from Mahda., where as my society is listed and i have already provided the NOC from society in their particular format.
Now i don't understand what to do? can anyone suggest me how should i react to it, because i already waited too long for all the process and now just because of this document my loan in pending.
In my view they should not ask this, so putting it here for your suggessions
