Application to skip trial and proceed to argument

Hello members,

In a suit for bare injunction filed by the plaintiff, I am appearing for the  defendants who are unnecessarily dragged into the issue. Actually there are other suits filed by both the parties and this suit is filed by a third party who is the plaintiffs agent with respect to adjacent property belonging to him.

The plaintiffs claim that we are interfering with the property in which we have no claim. We don’t have any objection in decreeing the suit provided the suit property is measured with help of advocate commissioner and surveyor and decree is granted on the basis of a report given by the advocate commissioner.

Interim injunction is dismissed against the plaintiff and the suit is posted for framing of issues.

Is it possible to skip the trial stage and directly proceed to argument ?. if there is any application asking the court to directly post it for argument and decree the suit as in the case of a summary suit ?

Thanx in advance
