Lower court has ordered my brother to vacate the apartment belonging to me and he has appealed to the high court. His lawyer is using all sorts of delaying tactics including making the files "disappear" from time o time. Accoding to my lawyer the appeal is without merit and will not be allowed. My brother is threatening to go all the way to the supreme court to further delay the matter. Can he do this?
