I plan to buy an aprtment in Royal Plams, Goregaon East. But I heard that there is/ are some legat issues attached to constructions on this land. Some say the entire area is illegaly constructed, while some say only a few buildings have legal problems. BMC has also not started supply of water in this area. I want to know which buildings are free from legal disputes in this Royal Palm Campus to be assured that my hard earned money is safe in Aprtment if purchased in this campus. Dhirendra
