I am resident of an apartment & we have apartment condominium.
Few of the owners do not have car parking OR they want additional parking due to purchase of more than one vehicle.
Can the apartment condominium rent out / sale the parking area? I am interested to know rules regarding this.

When was your building constructed? Give one parking space free to each owner is now compulsory.
