I have got a notice from a girl's father and mother that i as asking for dowry and have taken some 5 lakh rs. from them and due to which, the marriage has been broken, although the case is opposite and they were not willing to marry and hence, the marriage could not commensurate.
Now, i have stopped talking to girl also and hence, i fear that ultimately she may also get furious and go to his father's side and all of them can falsely implicate me.
I wanted to know that in this case, can i file for anticipatory bail, where police needs to inform me 72 hours before arrest, if the girl or her father file any false complaint of rape/dowry using the women power?I am asking this as one lawyer in mumbai suggested me to do so and was asking for rs. 25000 fees, so i thought to confirm with the lawyers here.
