AP has enacted the AP Rent Control Act 2011. Does someone have a summary of this Act? I want to know what is the limit on rental income under this Act. I read somewhere it is Rs. 10,000 and 15 year old building. In general the rent control is fixed at Rs. 3500 and 15 year building. Can someone please clarify. Thanks in advance.
