I wanted to ask what rights do grandchildren have on a property which was on the name of their grandfather and grandmother initially but then the property was transferred only into one of the youngest child's name (out of 4) around 15 years ago.
Now that younger child is building the property into a bungalow, however what rights do grandchildren have on that property since it was owned by the grandfather? Do we have rights on the property? And what type of action can we take?
