Ancestral poperty dispute

My grand father had two sons (A & B ) and a daughter (D ) .  My grand father died intestate leaving behind ancestral property in 1969 . After that whole poperty divided equally in all sons and daughter . Later daughter gave her share to one brother ( A ) by decree . And ( A )  has two sons (E ) and ( F ) . (A ) gave all his share came from (D) to (E)  only  . Can ( F) have a  right to challenge that  transfer of property regarding (D) to (E).
