Ancestral Property

Dear sir, my elder sister died in 1996. My father died in 2003. The children of my deceased sister filed an ancestral property case in Delhi which is still pending. Can they get the share as per recent Supreme Court judgement on Hindu Succession Act 2005 amendment? Thanks.

Dear querist, the case is still pending in court.  so wait till the judgment pronounced.
