Ammendment in agreement

Dear Experts,

Please advise. I have a rental agreemnt with my tenant and received rent onilne to my bank account. Now onwards I want to receive the rent to my Son's account. Do I need to again sign a new agreement or I can give NOC to my tenant that I have no objection and he can transfer the rents to my son's acount?

Yes you may give NOC to the tenant for making the rent payment through bank transfer to the bank account of your son. The ammendment in mode of payment of rent can be done by NOC duly signed by both parties and no need for fresh Rent Deed.

Your local counsel that drafted the agreement can provide it.
