In MCD everything is to be decided by both of you

How about contest divorce -- if the spouse claims for maintenance , how much will be the amount according to the law rules

Depends upon how much you show your income and expenditure.

Gerenally it is 1/3 of your income and it will continue till she remarries

So better to go for MCD

You will never get divorce via contesting with two kids but court shall order interim maintenance 1/3 your income shown by her. Her chances of remarriage is also nearly impossible with two kids. So if she is smart she will use these facts to get good maintenance from you. By the way with two kids who need a father, are you sure you want to go for remarriage?

Wrong advices by above gentlemen.  There are lot of other easier ways to secure divorce and the means that you wish, depends on which advocate you hire.

Yes, better discuss with her if both or okay for mutual divorce better settle on your own, if third person enters they will change the mind set of both nd make your life hell for their well-being.
