Hi, I have agriculture land which is looked after by a family for past 20 years, all the bills, challans are in our name . since the family is looking after the farm for 20 years will there be any legal right for them when we ask them to vacate.

It can attract adverse possession, get it vacated and handed over to some one else.

You can apply to the tahashildar of the area under sec 32G of btal act and get certificate for sale under sec 32M.
