Agriculture land dispute - andhra pradesh

Dear Experts, My grandfather was having an agriculture land after his death the same was not registered in his son's name. After my grandmother's death my Uncle wife not agreed to dived the property into two parts (for her and my dad) instead she gave a bribe to revenue officers and registered the land in her name.
