Thanks in advance for your time and expertise. We are two brothers each entitled to 8 acres of agricultural land, my father holds about 16 acres of land. My father got separated from his brothers in 1995 with 30 acres of land, since then i have never asked for any money from father instead I gave money to my father time to time when in need. I work as an engineer and with Gods grace i have been doing good, now for some reason my father is acting wierd, he is favoring my younger brother. Can he legally give away 16 acres of his share to my brother. Also we bought 2 more acres after 1995, how would that divide between us. Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
