I have won 498A case....And divorce also has already been granted between us....Now my question is can she claim maintenance after divorce also....Crpc 127 (3) clearly states after divorce she cannot claim maintenence but only due before divorce order...Kindly advice...

if you mention full and final settlement of alimony details than it so, but if you not settled alimony than you are libel to pay maintenance as par her demand and ordered by court till her second or next marriage...............
