After anticipatory bail in 498a,406..can't leave India

Hi All, I am NRI working abroad. Wife filed false 498a and 406 cases and I appeared in front of Police after obtaining anticipatory bail from high court. Police released after taking bonds and guarantee from 2 people as mentioned in anticipatory bail conditions. Waiting for police to file charge sheet. Now, My lawyer says we can ask for court permission to go back abroad on job only after police file chargesheet but what if police don't file chargesheet for next many weeks? any other workaround? Please help,!
