Affidavit return circumstances

If our advocate becomes hostile and filed a wrong affidavit. This affidavit can be taken back or not.

The Affidavit would bear your signatures and affirmation that the contents thereof have been read over and explained to you. How can you recant from the Affidavit made on oath, just like that, saying the Advocate has turned 'hostile'? Even otherwise, the opposite party will not let any submissions/admissions made in the Affidavit to be withdrawn that easily. You'll nedd to produce very strong arguments on how the Affidavit came to be signed by you. Did the 'hostile' advocate make you drunk and obtained your signatures!!!????
