Dear Sir,
We have the one pending case in high Court for which Order arrving in my favour in 2008 but My Advocate not inform me for the same ,
Can any action taken agst him for Negiligent of his Professional duty ?
Can their is any Effect on case that after arrvieng Order i e 2008 in our favoure further course of action not taken by us in time ?
