sir,
please advice me regarding writ petition .i have filed writ petition against the order of Jr .division court judgement of allowing the amendment in suit as per CPC Rule 17 .but the bombay high court dismissed the writ petition .is it possible to file new writ petition again .as opposite party managed my advocate due that he has not presented the case properly.as the amendmend changing entire nature of suit .i have checked similar cases on net.
please advice me urgently
