Adverse possession

We are three brothers and two married sisters. We have been living in a property of our deceased mother for more than 12 years. Throughout this 12 years, our sisters never come or live in that property. In this circumstances, can we, the 3 brothers enjoy the adverse possession and register this land in our joint names?
