Adultery.

Dear Patrons,

Does having room bills of the hotel in which the wife of husband has stayed alone in the room with another man out of hometown for one night and also a copy of e/ticket amount to adultery commited by her male partner.Can these proofs be a reason and enough grounds to file 497 adultery case against wife's partner.Kindly advise.

This is sufficient to start the case however you will need more witness for conviction.

When both have gone alone on an outstation trip there is virtually no one who has seen them both outstation.Suggest ideas how witnessess can help in this case.

Check out if the waiter of the hotel or receptionist can give evidence regarding their stay in the hotel.

What if there are photographs of them both alone on the beach on that oustation trip.Would that be good enough instead of witnessess.

Please note, that a mere photograph of the two does not proove anything. keep in mind that to file an adultery case u/s 497 against wifes partner a lot more evidence at later stages will be required as well. you will have to prove if there is physical relationship between them.

There are many photographs of them together but most importantly there are physically explicit chat conversations explaining what they did together in person and enjoyed it.Good enough or we need more.
