a decision of ADM (addl. district megistrate) under FSSAI2006 act has beed made on 16 Nov 2019.
(if party was not present and just an application has been placed in request that the case is not valid so request to nominal pannelty.)
Can we request to review the decision or we can reopen the case if yes then in which act?
