Addmissibilty OR Maintainability of Specific Case

If a case challanging the vailidity of a particular section or rule is pending before Supreme Court of India, and another case of similar nature where the validity of same section or rule is challanged in a High Court, can the High Court admit that particular case?

Hello,

In regard to your query, I say that no suit is maintainable or can be file till the suit if the suit is similar in nature, as per law, nothing new can be introduced or imposed till the prior suit is disposed off or decided. In this context, please read about res judicata for reference for clarity.
