Additional floor

Hello - I am interested in building 3rd floor on my property which is located in Indirapuram Ghaziabad UP. Can any one help me if it has been approved by government if yes then

1. What is the procedure to bulid the 3rd floor ? Documents and legal formalaties

2. What are the requirements for buliding the 3rd floor like size and all.

I would really appriciate if someone can me A-Z information .

Rahul u need to take permission from the local authority for building 3rd floor on your property.

That department will give you which document reauire to do such construction.

Thank You Bharat but this is more generic response. My first question is - is it allowed now ? because earlier in Indirapuram the 3rd floor was not allowed and if yes then what is the conditions attached to it. Hope I am more clear now but you can ask me if I am missing anything '
