Hello All,
I am a 498a victum.
What is the chances for my wife to prove 313, when she has false certificates.
She states she was delibrately kicked by her husband an in-laws, demanding dowry.
She has provided false certificates,
She has her uncle working in the hospital, and got these works done
How efective is her complaint, and would she be able to prove this.
How to prove that her certificates are false.

Independently certificates has no relevance unless it is supported by other evidence that who has caused the harm., which is always defficult to prove.

does it hold good even for the I/O.
Does he really do some investigation about the same.
Can the doctor state manually that there was an injury if any or if he/she is bribed to validate the false report produced.
But i guess proof for husband causing the harm will not be proved right.
also i have not even met the doctor once also.
One more question does the doctor need the consent of the Husband before abortion?
Do they have to raise a complaint after abortion ?
Please suggest ?

313 not taken oath therfore it could not be use against accuse
